Terms of use

Updated 1 November 2026. Notheca Publishing is a digital reading service operated under the Mudos Digital name. These terms cover use of the reader; separate publishing agreements apply to contributors.

Account and access

You are responsible for protecting your account. The catalog may be browsed without signing in; access to reading may require a Notheca account, an internet connection and an active entitlement. Availability may change.

Subscriptions

If offered, the app displays the applicable Apple subscription price and period before purchase. Apple processes payment and subscriptions renew unless cancelled under Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting a service account does not cancel Apple billing.

Works and rights

Works remain subject to their stated rights. Access is for personal reading; do not redistribute content without permission from the relevant rights holder. Individual works can have different rights and availability.
